I loved its location and rooms, really nice building.

I've had a great stay during our visit. The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a great area, very close to the train station, city centre, canal.

The venue is fairly clean, with perfect location near to the canal, the train station and the city centre. The staff are courteous, and there is a stunning lobby to relax in.

Enjoyed my such great stay during our visit. I was met by polite and courteous staff at the lobby. The location was stunning, just a short stroll away from Granary Wharf.

i did not want to leave there, had a very lovely experience and definitely coming here again. the staff were apologetic, the room was lovely and i loved picturesque location. bed was nice, i enjoyed it.

Grounds were kept tidy, breakfast was hot. We booked king guest room for 1 night and had a very delightful stay. The bed was fine and the bathroom was spacious here. Loved Leeds, the hotel was pristine!

The place was fairly clean with perfect location and staff. I enjoyed a standard decor and contemporary furniture. They made my stay exceptional. Town hotel set in the superb area.

We liked hotel's rooms and views. The beds are super. Breakfast is available for GBP 16 per person.

We will be back if the opportunity arises. The location was peaceful, you may take train on Leeds train station within 5 minutes walk from here. Lovely restaurants onsite. Loved the bed, it was comfy.

The location was marvelous, with out of the woods nearby, where we could eat. The bed was super, after a long drive. Stay here if you want to visit first direct arena, 15 minutes walk away. Very close to Leeds City train station, something around 10 minutes on foot...

The entire experience was great. A view of the canal from our window.
